Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
